Orders within the United States (mainland) are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail and take 2-7 business days
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International and take 1-2 weeks (sometimes longer if the package is being held in customs)
Free shipping promotion only applies to orders within the United States. International orders do not qualify for this promotion.

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee represents the pride we take in our brand, products, and services. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, then you can return the item to us for a full product refund, less shipping charges. You will be asked to mail it back unused, in the original packaging, and resalable condition. Please contact us within 30 days at email@example.com to request an return order number. Once the return has been received we will refund your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping then we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the decals to you. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if these conditions are not met.
If you had an issue applying a decal within 30 days of receiving your item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the concern and we will have a replacement sent under our 60-day replacement plan.
